The Social Media Management Series™ of workshops take you into small collaborating groups so you can actually learn to use, manage and strategize social media. Most of our workshops in this series are held in computer-equipped classrooms.
The Social Media Management Series is comprised of five workshops. These may also be taken individually or combined, as you need.
These workshops are intensive. They are either eight hours in one day or 16 hours over two days. They are instructor-led and are limited to 15 participants to ensure a quality outcome. Each one focuses on specific social media competencies for operating in a business environment.
Instructors are experienced social media practitioners and professional trainers. They have at least four years of focused experience in implementing and strategizing social media initiatives in the enterprise and 15 years or more in business and marketing.
Each workshop curricula has been developed based on our direct experience within enterprises assisting front-line to senior-level professionals in gaining the knowledge and strategic thinking needed to lead social media initiatives.
The Series is offered in selected locations in the United States throughout 2009.
